Cozy evenings by the fireplace

The lobby's inviting atmosphere felt like home with its cozy fireplace. Even more delightful was the 24/7 coffee bar keeping our spirits high throughout our 2-night stay.

Our room's lighting was dim, and it would have been nice if the noise from the toilet hadn't been persistent. Additionally, the extra charge for a pack and play surprised us.

Complimentary breakfast options were decent.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable during my stay, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Worst of all, I noticed that the water cooler in the lobby was being filled from a sink, raising serious hygiene concerns. On top of that, when I asked for help regarding the missing waffle mix during breakfast, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.

Room was massive and right above the lobby so super convenient. Had no noise issues and the hot tub was clean and perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Additionally, the sporadic ice machine and inadequate refrigerator temperature were frustrating, especially when trying to enjoy gourmet pizzas that could have used better cooling. Staff seemed overwhelmed at times, leading to a lack of attention to minor but important complaints.

The indoor pool area offers a spacious layout, providing good visibility for families keeping an eye on kids. Enjoying the hot tub after a long day was a real highlight, especially since it was clean and operational during my stay.

The noise levels from other guests can get a bit overwhelming, particularly if there's a large group in the vicinity—had to deal with some raucous teenagers during my time. The breakfast spread was decent, but items like waffle mix ran out quickly during peak hours, leading to some disappointed early risers. A few maintenance issues arose as well. the lighting in my room could have been brighter, and the toilet had persistent noise—it's those little things that add up over time.

the americinn had a good breakfast, and it was great that they prepared it early for our group since we had to leave super early. the rooms were spotless, and the comfortable beds made for a nice stay.

the plastic forks didn't hold up well for the waffles, so an upgrade would be nice.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed a round of golf at the nearby course and spent some great moments at Chahinkapa Park. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Grab coffee from the lobby anytime, and don't miss the breakfast—it’s a step above other hotels we’ve visited!

However, our request for early check-in was initially approved but not honored. It was disappointing having to wait past the check-in time for a clean room.
